TERMS & CONDITIONS
EVENT STYLE - The 150km Feast Food Truck & Wine Festival is a boutique styled event with a market running alongside it to complement growers, makers and suppliers in the region. Stable One is home to the wineries, distilleries and breweries. Across the laneway, food trucks will have the tree lined, Wimmera River as the backdrop.
SITE ALLOCATION & FEES - Sites will be allocated based on power requirements. Sites are $99. An additional $22 per powerpoint if required.
BUMP IN – A single access point will be via the ornate black gates at 22 McBryde Street, Horsham which will open at 9am Sunday, February 25th for operators. All operators must be checked in and ready to serve at 12noon.
BUMP OUT – The event has been created with two trading periods for food trucks - lunch and dinner. Trading hours for areas are as follows:
Market 12noon - 5pm
Wineries etc. 12noon - 6pm
Food Trucks 12 noon - 7pm

SOCIAL MEDIA - Please upload a photo of your business logo, product (below) etc for us to use on our socials. We will tag all vendors and as such expect you will support the event by sharing our posts and adding your own content. Hashtag #150kmfeast2024
WAITING LIST – A waiting list will be taken if interest exceeds expectation. Therefore, it’s first in best dressed.
SECURITY – Vendors are responsible for securing their property adequately, as well as the personal property of their employees, as the Horsham Agricultural Society Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or theft.
LOSS OR DAMAGE - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss of or damage to the stock in trade, etc. or any part thereof. The Society will not be liable to pay the vendor any compensation, whether on the grounds of loss of profit or otherwise, or refund any money paid by the vendor in respect of such cancellation.
INDEMNITY - The Horsham Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any accident which may be caused through or by the vendor or which may happen in connection with his/her business & the vendor shall indemnify the Horsham Agricultural Society against any legal proceedings arising from every such accident.
PUBLIC LIABILITY - CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY - A copy of your current Public Liability Policy must be uploaded with the application form, covering the date of the event.
FIRE REGULATIONS - The installation of any fuel burning appliance using either liquid or solid fuel shall conform to the regulations available from the Authorities. The use of LPG gas for cooking must comply with regulations.
ELECTRICAL CORDS ETC - All electrical equipment to have been tested and tagged within the 3 months prior to the show and appropriate for the job (heavy duty). Fitting of earth leakage detection devices if equipment is not double insulated. Fire extinguishers are required for all food vans.
All electrical cables are to be positioned so that they do not create a hazard.
Extension leads/ cords are not to exceed permitted lengths (Refer to C.O.P. Temp Electrical Installations Section 12 and AS 3199)
A four outlet power board with an overload facility eg. Ringgrip or Kambrook is allowable if more than one x 10 or 15 amp power point is required. If requirements are different, we must be aware of this to avoid an overload situation occurring.
FOOD PERMIT - The Victorian Food Act (1984) requires all food premises and food vehicles to be registered with the Local Council, it is the site holder’s responsibility to comply with Council regulation in this area. Therefore, you must register your Foodtrader with Horsham Rural City Council.
All food operators who use LP Gas for cooking purposes or other food preparation purposes, need to have been inspected by a gas work licence holder in the previous 12 months and have a ‘Gas System Compliance Certificate’ issued to the owner.
A copy of the Certificate of Compliance (if applicable) must be uploaded along with your Site Application as well as displayed during the event.
Any gas cylinder shall be restrained and be within the required test date.
Any accidental spill or release of substances which may contaminate or harm the environment must be immediately contained, and then reported to Andrea. Where the work requires the disposal of any environmentally harmful substance the vendors shall be responsible for the removal, transport and disposal in accordance with all statutory regulations and laws so as not to place Horsham Agricultural Society Inc. in breach of any regulation.
Tasks which require particular care are the disposal of wastewater, cooking fats, etc. It is expected you will leave your site as you found it.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - All vendors are required to cooperate with the Horsham Agricultural Society to ensure that they work in a healthy and safe environment.
NO SMOKING within 10 metres of the el fresco dining area and food trucks. A designated smokers area will be allocated on the south side of Stable One, overlooking the river.
All volunteers & contractors must take reasonable care of their own health and safety and for anyone else who may be affected by their actions.
Vendors must comply with all Local Bylaws.
