    If we are unable to obtain medical records for your pets, we will not be able to include you as an active applicant.

    When submitting your application, please contact your veterinarian(s) and give them permission to release your pets’ medical information to us. Without your authorization, they will not share records when we call, which can delay your approval by several weeks or even months.
