  • Complete Labor & Staffing is looking to fill internal staff positions! We are currently hiring qualified Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to be on the frontline of our operations throughout New England.

  • CSR Responsibilities

    Customer Care

    • Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, addressing their staffing needs promptly and professionally.
    • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong client relationships.
    • Ensure all client interactions reflect the highest level of customer care.

    Recruitment

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for client job openings.
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
    • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Sales & Business Development

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for company growth.
  • Our company operates on a schedule that extends from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM during the week, and 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the weekends. We offer two distinct shift structures to accommodate our teams: the Opening Shift (first) and the Closing Shift (second). Employees are required to work weekends as needed.   • First Shift: Responsibilities

    • Dispatch employees to job sites.
    • Outbound sales calls to companies who may have a need for temporary staffing.
    • Process job orders from companies who wish to utilize our services.
    • Setting appointments for clients to meet with the Branch Manager.
    • Outbound calls when recruiting new temporary employees.
    • Onboarding procedures while hiring new and previous temporary employees.
    • Ensuring that we recruit employees by our "Best Match Disptach" policy when processing job orders for the same or next day.
    • Ensuring that each employee has transportation back to the office, when necessary.
    • Ensuring that each employee is paid 100% correctly.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Details

    • Salary: $17-$20 per hour + sales bonus incentives
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, weekends as needed
    • Work Location: In person

  • Second Shift: Responsibilities

    • Outbound sales calls to companies who may have a need for temporary labor staffing.
    • Process job orders from companies who wish to utilize our services.
    • Setting appointments for clients to meet with the Branch Manager.
    • Outbound calls when recruiting new temporary employees.
    • Onboarding procedures while hiring new and previous temporary employees.
    • Ensuring that we recruit employees by our "Best Match Dispatch" policy when processing job orders for the same or next day.
    • Ensuring that each employee has transportation back to the office, when necessary.
    • Ensuring that each employee is paid 100% correctly.
    • Process "end of day" reports.
    • Other duties as assigned
