Team/Coaching Conflicts
We want your team to have a successful and enjoyable experience at our event. We'll do our best to customize your schedule so that your coach can be at your games, even if they coach multiple teams. We will do our best to honor "minimal" time issues. We can not make adjustments if we do not have your conflicts prior to scheduling (Readjusting the schedule to manage conflicts for each rescheduled game affects 150 families, on average, as other games must be moved to manage conflicts.)
