  • Hello, my name is Nikita Manigault and I am the Host/Organizer for December 9, and 16 2023, Saturday Night Market. This application is for those seeking to have an assigned space for the Saturday Holiday NIGHT MARKET which will take place on December 9, 2023 and December 16, 2023!

  • Spaces will be confirmed via email before payments is accepted. I encourage you to send your payment by Zelle or Venmo, if you do not have these platform then we will discuss how I will accept your payment. Please Provide a valid email address that, you check often. If you do not check your email I will send a text to you or call you in reference to the event.

    Vendor parking; You are allowed to unload directly at your spot. Once you have fully set up please move your car to the assigned area for parking.

    Hours: Set up time: 3:00PM-4:45PM >>> YOU MUST BE SET UP AND READY TO GO BY 5:00PM SHARP!

    There is not Power outlet at the parking lot.

  • * I ENCOURAGE YOU TO HAVE A TENT, SMALL PORTABLE FAN, AND LIGHTS FOR YOUR TABLE. THE EVENT SPACE HAS LIGHTING BUT YOU MAY NEED EXTRA LIGHTS DUE TO THIS BEING A NIGHT EVENT.*

    By submitting your application, you understand and agree to the following...
    1. If inclement weather occurs, I will reschedule the market to a later date.
    2. All vendors are required to prepay for their spot. In order to participate in this event you must pay your vendor fee ahead of time. I will provide two deadine for vendor fee to be paid in full. If your payment isn't received by the deadline without proper communication your space will be terminated. Please use effective communication, I am available to you. If I do NOT Hear from you, I will terminate your Vendor Application.
    3. Refund Policy - There is NO Refund. I understand things do happen outside of our control but the event will still take place, even if you're not able to be apart of the event.
    4. Provide positivity to yourself, vendors, and the event.
    5. Promote yourself on all platforms, as I am going to do for you as well.
