REGISTRATION POLICY
All “Exhibition Session” registrations must be completed by Saturday, January 4th, 2025. To secure a spot in the “Exhibition Session,” full payment of Tuition, Registration/Recital Commitment Fees is required by Monday, January 6th, 2025. Late registrations will be charged the full amount with no discounts for missed classes. Dancers must be enrolled in an appropriate class for their age and level, as determined by the studio owner. Industry Dance Co. reserves the right to move dancers to a better-suited class if needed. By registering for the “Exhibition Session,” participants commit to the session from Monday, January 6th, 2025, to Saturday, May 31st, 2025, and agree to participate in the year-end “Exhibition” performance.
PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of registration, dancers are subject to Tuition Fees (Monthly or Full Payment), and a One-Time Recital Commitment/Deposit Fee of $120.00+HST/class. Recital Commitment/Deposit Fees are non-refundable. Monthly Tuition will be charged to the credit card on file (Visa or Mastercard) or via post-dated cheque on the first of each month. Subsequent charges will occur on January 1st, 2025, and then on the first of each month for February, March, April, and May, 2025.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Full session payments are final and non-refundable. In the case of withdrawal, a parent/guardian must provide written notice to request a withdrawal from their child's class. The withdrawal deadline for the Exhibition Session is Thursday, February 27th, 2025. Withdrawals made by this deadline are subject to an administration fee of $50.00+HST per dropped class and will receive a refund/cancellation of payments for the months of March, April, and May 2025.
Withdrawals made after the deadline require payment of the remaining balance on the account for the session at the time of withdrawal. If a dancer is unable to participate due to injury or severe illness, a current doctor’s note should accompany the withdrawal request, and Industry Dance Co. will determine a refund accordingly.
MISSED CLASSES
There will be no prorating or refunds for missed classes. If Industry Dance Co. cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be scheduled. If Industry Dance Co. cancels a class permanently, a refund will be provided to the participant, including the Registration Fee and Commitment Fee.
