Service plan details - what each plan includes:
Nominated Users - Each plan has an assigned number of staff members who will be authorised to request support from Logiq Group on-behalf of your organisation. All requests under these support plans will need to come through one of the nominated users.
Usage Level - Each plan has the option to select standard, manufacturing or job costing. If your business utilises these functions within Harmoniq, please select the usage level to match as this impacts the level of support required.
BASIC - (Includes 2 Nominated Users)
Unlimited Support - This covers general user requests for support, how-to type questions, setting changes and tweaking existing functionality. Requests for support will need to be submitted via a ticket channelled through a nominated user (see below)
Proactive Server Monitoring - We will receive any error messages generated by Harmoniq and proactively work to resolve these without needing to disrupt your team
Bi-annual System Updates - This covers updating your version of Harmoniq to the latest release twice per year, should you desire it.
Access to Online Help Manuals - You will be given access to log into the Harmoniq online user manual portal and utilise this excellent resource for user training
STANDARD - (Includes 3 Nominated Users)
Everything in the basic plan, plus:
Project Requirements Scoping - This option covers consulting time to scope out requirements for any projects or development you may be planning with Harmoniq
Basic Report Writing - This cover any reports built using standard data providers (excluding SQL stored procedure reports). Typically these are reports which aren't required to combine multiple sources of information or perform complex calculations
Monthly Ticket Review Meeting - This is a monthly meeting with one of our support team to review currently outstanding tickets to confirm status and set priorities
User Training (Online Only) - This covers training for new and existing staff members on general functionality within Harmoniq. This would be conducted via an online meeting or video
ADVANCED - (Includes 5 Nominated Users)
Everything in the standard plan, plus:
Advanced Report Writing - This covers reports requiring SQL queries or performing complex calculations or grouping of data, including from multiple sources within Harmoniq
Control Desks - This covers building standard 'display-only' style control desks based on specification you provide. This also includes building Online BI Dashboards if you have the module installed
Dedicated Account Manager - You will be assigned a consultant who is your key point of contact at Logiq Group. This ensures you have priority access to advice for new developments and technical Harmoniq expertise
Monthly Account Manager Meeting - Have access to a monthly virtual meeting with your account manager to discuss ideas around process improvement, new opportunities and getting more out of your ERP software
