    TASTING DETAILS: 500 in Attendance, 350 Portions Needed with $400 Market Basket Credit.

     

    GRAND TASTING

    DATE OF EVENT: Saturday, May 11, 2024

    TIME OF EVENT: 2:00 - 5:00 PM 

    SET UP: Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

    PLACE OF EVENT: Walk of Champions, 1 World Golf Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32092

    TASTING DETAILS: 750 portions - 1,000 people / $750 Market Basket Credit provided

     

    PEOPLE'S CHOICE HARVEST AWARDS: Festival attendees will vote for their favorite bites and sips. Voting will be held during the Grand Tasting on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. Winner will be annouced from the Publix Cooking Demo Stage at 4:30 pm. Guests will be voting for the following favorites: Best Shellfish, Best Fish, Best Meat, Best Vegetarian, Best BBQ, Best Dessert, Best Food Truck and Best Overall

    I agree to maintain a food station & to provide a server at said food station for the aforementioned time period as stated above. I also agree to have the food station & server in place by 1:30 PM & ready to serve from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. All tables, serving pieces, heating elements, food warmers, refrigeration, etc. are the sole responsibility of the food purveyor/vendor. Power is limited and not available to all vendors.     I agree that I will conform to all county Health Department regulations as may be required for my participation, including, but not limited to, any forms and/or fees as may be required. I further agree that my failure to submit said forms and/or fees in a timely manner may result in my forfeiture of the reservation fee(s) paid to the festival.

    MARKET BASKET CREDIT: Approved culinary applications will receive a Market Basket Credit 

    This is a great opportunity for you to market your dining establishment, food quality, advertise your restaurant, have a great time in the process and showcase the St. Augustine culinary community while raising funds Vilano Beach Main Street, a 501c3 organization.
