ACCESS: Each Culinary Exhibitor table includes 4 Exhbitor Badges, but should exhibitors require additional passes, they will need to request them in advance. Badges are labeled with Exhbitor only, so they are transferable between staff as long as everyone working has a pass when they are in the event venue.
SET UP: St. Augustine Wine + Food will provide a 10' x 10' tented space, two (2) six foot banquet tables with black linens and one 18" x 24" sign for each exhibitor area. Exhibitors are allowed to use additional tabletop signage and décor. Power is NOT provided. All restaurants must be fully set-up and ready to serve guests 30 minutes prior to event start.
MARKET BASKET CREDIT: Culinary Exibitors will be provided with a $750 Market Basket Credit to use in serving 900 - 1,200 samplea bites/portions (2 - 4 oz.).
DISPOSABLES: Each Restaurant is responsible for providing ALL disposables for service.
HARVEST AWARDS & TASTINGS:: 2024 Awards for Best Shellfish, Best Fish, Best Meat, Best Vegetarian, Best Dessert and Best Overall will be presented by professional judges. Judging will take place during the Harvest Awards & Tastings on Thursday, May 9, 2024. Judges will begin tasting dishes at 5:00 pm - 6 portions required (please check in with festival management on approximate judging time for your booth based on your location in order of judging).
PEOPLE'S CHOICE HARVEST AWARDS: Festival attendees will vote for their favorite bites and sips. Voting will be held during the Grand Tasting on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. Winner will be annouced from the Publix Cooking Demo Stage at 4:30 pm. Guests will be voting for the following favorites:Best Shellfish, Best Fish, Best Meat, Best Vegetarian, Best BBQ, Best Dessert, Best Food Truck and Best Overall
