Please use this form to contribute to the Liberty Hall Political Action Committee. Formed in 2023, the purpose of Liberty Hall PAC is to promote good citizenship and encourage voluntary participation in the political process by educating and mobilizing members and alumni of the Kappa Alpha Order. Purposes include but are not limited to the promotion of: the single-sex status of fraternities and sororities, the defense of the rights of college students, and affordable costs of college and student housing.

Contributions to the PAC will be used in connection with federal, state, and local elections, and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act and applicable state and local campaign finance laws. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and source prohibitions. Contributions are limited by law to $5,000 per year from any individual or PAC, and contributions from federal contractors and foreign nationals are prohibited. 

Contributions to the Liberty Hall PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
