PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL
This form is for organizations, collectives and other local or creative entities who wish to partner with LitArts RI on events or program series. Proposals are considered on a rolling basis; please submit your proposal at least three months before the proposed event. LitArts RI accepts partnership proposals for events or series that align with our mission and values. Email jodie@litartsri.org with any questions or to set up a meeting to learn more.

Promotion & Registration
LitArts RI promotes partner events through our online event calendar, newsletter, and social media posts (5000+ followers). In turn, we ask partners to provide a promotional image and description for the event and handle their own registration, including collecting payment if admission is charged. If your proposal is accepted, we will meet to coordinate this process and answer any questions you may have.

Funding
LitArts provides in-kind support via rental space, equipment, supplies, and staffing for partner events aligned with our mission and values. If your event will need additional funds to compensate teaching artists, panelists or other collaborators, we ask for help sharing costs (through admission fees, a joint grant application, etc.).
