DoorDash Tablet Access. The UserID is as follows: phonenumber@ipad.doordash.com. An example of this is: 15125551212@ipad.doordash.com. The userID and Password is typically found on the back of tablet you were given.

The Password is a 4 digit code.

UberEats Tablet Access. The UserID is as follows: traditional email format with a password that the Restaurant created. If they forgot the password, they can do a password reset.

GrubHub Tablet Access. The UserID is as follows: traditional email format with a password that the Restaurant created. If they forgot the password, they can do a password reset.

Toast or Square Access. Share your login credentials and we will integrate for you, Or schedule a zoom with the emails below.

To convert a restaurant to self-delivery, follow these instructions:

For UberEats and Grub Hub:

Have the owner send an email to their UberEats or GrubHub corporate contact. Ensure that you copy ZenDaas at dbabbush@zendelivery.com & casey@zendelivery.com

Include this copy in your message (modify per restaurant details):

"[Name of Restaurant], located at [Full Address], would like to switch over to self-delivery effective [Month/Day/Year]. Please include a $9.49 delivery fee, no minimum order value, and set the delivery zone to a [x-mile] radius. Thank you!"

For DoorDash:

You must have the Restaurant owner or you [ZenDelivery Agent] with the owner fill out the following online form (do not complete this form without the Restaurant owner in attendance or written permission):

For Toast or Square:

DUE DILIGENCE REQUIRED
1. Last three months of statements from whatever groups you want to reduce fees and have us self-deliver on your behalf. (i.e., Uber, DoorDash and Grubhub)
2. Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber: we will need the tablet username and password.
3. We will prepare the documentation needed to convert your contract to Restaurant Self Delivery for each platform.
4. This does not change anything for you. You will still receive orders via tablet in the same fashion as you do now.
5. For Uber and Grubhub, we will set an implementation date that allows for conversion from each platform so that we have driver solutions ready. For DoorDash, you will be turned on after the following Monday after the transition has been completed.
6. We will need you to sign off on our ACH Authorization form and help us complete our Intake Form for Restaurant Self Delivery.
7. Ensure we have a void check on file for billing.
8. We will bill a variable amount to encompass driver fees, driver tips, and ZenDaaS Fee (currently $2.99 per order) with approximately 2-3 weekly withdrawals to ensure timely payments to the drive platform.
