I understand the Covid symptoms and affirm that I, as well as household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed below within the past 14 days. I affirm that I, as well as household members, have not been diagnosed with Covid-19 within the last 30 days. I understand and affirm that I, as well as household members, do not currently have nor have experienced Covid-19 symptoms within the past 14 days. To prevent the spread of the contagious virus and to help protect each other, I understand that I must follow Dolce Lashes guidelines: - Reschedule appointment if you are not feeling well or feeling any symptoms of COVID-19; fever, wet or dry cough, body aches, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, runny nose, or sore throat - no additional guests allowed - wash/sanitize hands upon arrival.   • PROCEDURE GUIDE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS & CONDITIONS

    This is a service using cyanoacrylate based adhesive to bond cashmere mink lash extensions to the natural lash.Based on the health + condition of your natural lashes, I create the illusion of increased density and length. With proper aftercare, extensions can be maintained bi-weekly with scheduled fills.I perform a consultation to explore your expectations and answer any questions you may have. I will review your intake paperwork to ensure there are no contraindications that apply. Please communicate all questions, concerns, or preferences with me through Instagram @sodolcelashes before your appointment.The following professional supplies are used (not limited to) for eyelash extension application:nexcare medical tape (paper, foam, etc)skincare enriched under-eye gel pads (niacinamide, collagen, aloe, etc)pH balanced, vegan free, oil free lash cleansermicellar waterCashmere minkwatercyanoacrylate extension adhesiveThe following potential risks may arise with cosmetic lash application:Mild to moderate irritationMild to moderate tearing as a result of adhesive sensitivityHistamine reaction - swelling or itching sensationAbrasionAllergic responses are uncommon but a potential outcome during acrylate exposure. In the event of an allergic reaction, removal will be provided at no cost. You will be instructed to contact your eye doctor for an eye drop or cream prescription. No costs or fees will be covered by Dolce Lashes. No refunds are applicable.

  • Post Procedure:

    Avoid exercise + heavy moisture exposure for at least 24 hours post application.
    Avoid makeup + skincare touching the lashes for at least 24 hours post application.
    Execute proper aftercare to ensure your extensions stay healthy + intact.
    Book your fill appointment every 2 weeks. 3 week fills are not accepted.
    Aftercare:

    Avoid all products with oil, including makeup removers, all kinds of eyeliners, face serums, etc...
    Cleanse twice daily: once in morning using my lash cleanser + once nightly with cleansing brush. If wearing makeup, you MUST double cleanse each morning and night with a cleansing brush.
    After cleansing use a mini fan to dry lashes while gently bruising to renew extensions.
    Avoid using gel, pencil or liquid eyeliners for maximum life of extensions
    Use micellar water or oil free makeup remover to gently remove debris for around extension before cleansing
    Avoid saunas/ added high heat and humid environments.
    Tips for showering if you're new to lash extensions: have a facial towel ready for you incase you want to dab them dry-but you may get them wet after 24 hours! Do not have your shower steamy hot.
    You may apply extension safe growth serum
    recommended by me, your artist, if applicable, along the lash line nightly after cleansing.

    Never pick or pull at your extensions
    Never use a lash curler as the pressure can break the bonds + snap your natural lash resulting in shedding of extension or breakage.

  • Pre-Appointment Instructions:

    Please submit all consent forms electronically prior to appointment. You will receive booking confirmation + additional reminders via email or text

    Arrive at your appointment free of makeup, including foundation/concealers/lash strip glue.
    Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, fat burners, or other medication that will disrupt relaxation
    Avoid rich, oil rich skincare products prior appointment.
    You may bring your headphones
    Set phone on silent, you will be unable to text or make calls during the procedure

    During Procedure:

    We may start with a gentle foam+ water cleanse if you have oily lashes/skin.
    You will be laying down on your back for up to 2 + hours (dependent on service)
    Your eyes will stay closed the entirety of the procedure
    Refrain from shifting and moving of the face can cause problematic shifting of tape/pads.
    Stay relaxed + still, sleep is encouraged! Your snores will be safe with me!
    Communicate with me, your artist, if you feel any symptoms of discomfort during the procedure.
    Ensure you have blocked your schedule appropriately through the duration of your appointment. We may spend an extra 5 minutes taking photos of your lash extensions.

  • Maintenance:

    Fills are recommended maintenance to upkeep your lash extension set. During a fill appointment:

    Add extensions to recent natural lash growth
    Remove overgrown extensions
    Re-shape + revive your set
    Assess natural lash health + wellness
    A fill appointment requires a minimum of 50% remaining extension coverage. If you present less than 50% remaining coverage on either eye, a full set will be required to achieve a renewed "full set" look.

    Appointment Policy:

    I enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any request to reschedule within 24 hours is subject to a re-scheduling fee charge of $50.00

    Any no-show or late arrival (10 min+ without notice) is subject to a cancellation charge up to 100% of the service booked. By booking an appointment + providing a credit card on your client account you are authorizing Dolce Lashes to enforce the policy. Deposits are non-refundable.

    Deposits may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment time. I understand there are absolutely no refunds after the service has been performed.

    Appointment reminders are sent via email or text I encourage you to pre-book your appointments to support consistent lash maintenance. Clients who pre-book fills have access to priority scheduling slots. You can manage your upcoming appointments online.

    Removal of lash extensions applied at a foreign studio may expose breakage, gaps, thinning, and accumulated damage as a result of the original application technique. Dolce Lashes is not responsible for the condition of my lashes post removal. * I agree to this consent
