💻 How My Process Works:
Each client will receive one (1) complimentary quote per request. Any additional quotes or changes will incur a $25 fee that is applied toward your trip once booked.
Quotes are valid for 72 hours. Prices and availability are subject to change until a deposit is made. A one-time extension may be granted if requested within that window.
Your intended deposit date matters! This field is required on my inquiry form. It helps me prioritize clients who are ready to move forward in deposit date order. If you’re not deposit-ready, there’s no need to continue with the personalization process at this time.
No response = file closed. If communication stops after receiving your quote, your file will be closed, and you may be banned from future services. Returning after ghosting requires a $25 reinstatement fee to reopen your file.
💰 Deposits: Deposits vary depending on the total trip price, averaging between $50–$700. Example: If your trip is $1,234.56, your deposit may be $100–$150.
🔐 Booking: Once pricing is approved and you’re ready to secure your trip, you’ll receive a booking link with a secure Credit/Debit Card Authorization eForm. This must be completed promptly to lock in your price and avoid changes.
