What is the Fisher Center Brand Ambassadors Student Organization?
The Fisher Center’s Brand Ambassador team is made up of a select group of Belmont University students dedicated to developing creative ways to promote attendance and support events held throughout the year. Reaching these potential attendees and supporters necessitates working collaboratively to educate audiences about the Fisher Center and opportunities at the venue, and promoting those opportunities as appropriate to targeted audiences. Students will engage in hands-on live event marketing experience, social media and online engagement, word-of-mouth promotion, and other advertising initiatives.
What are the responsibilities of Fisher Center Brand Ambassadors?
- Demonstrate Belmont University’s Christ-centered mission to create a positive impact in the community
- Use creative venue and live entertainment marketing strategies to promote current and upcoming Fisher Center shows
- Collaborate with other members to develop creative ways to increase awareness and heighten attendance at The Fisher Center by using social media and other marketing tactics
- Represent the Fisher Center at select events, special campus activities, and community events
What are the qualifications to becoming a Fisher Center Brand Ambassador?
- Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University in good academic standing
- Commitment to the Fisher Center Brand Ambassadors for at least two consecutive semesters
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Positive/self-starter attitude
- Interest in working and general knowledge of performing arts and Fisher Center events
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, time-sensitive, and team-oriented environment
- Commitment and dedication to complete the assigned tasks with a strong work ethic
