The Role:
Pro Health Care are accepting expressions of interest for a suitably qualified psychologists to practice out of one or more of our locations.
Sessions are flexible depending on room availability.
Our team of General Practitioners ensure support of psychology services through a reliable referral stream that is necessitated by an increasing demand in mental health care plans.
We are looking for applicants that are passionate about contributing to patient care as an integral member of the practice. You will manage a sole-therapist workload to deliver high level services to our patients, within a multidisciplinary team, in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
About You:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Registered or Clinical Psychologist (Provisional also welcome to apply);
- 2 or more years’ clinical experience (desired);
- Registration with AHPRA;
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance;
- Interest in all areas of counselling including, but not limited to, family counselling, management of depression / anxiety, and pain management;
- Excellent communication skills and an on-going commitment to learning with evidence of participation in professional development;
- Honesty and integrity and the ability to work with confidential information;
The ability to work productively within a team environment.
