Eligibility: You have factored at least 3 invoices with SmartTrucker, LLC and are not on an active payment plan, subject to the terms of the Rider to Non-Recourse True Sale Factoring and Security Agreement.

Available: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Central Time.

Response time: During business hours, we will process your advance request or give you a call if there is an issue within 30 minutes
