On a separate document with your FULL NAME at the top of the page, explain to the scholarship committee why you are a good candidate to receive a scholarship. In addition, discuss your interests, your accomplishments, any leadership experience, service or volunteer activities, and your future plans or goals. Essay must be in WORD or PDF form and attached below. Essay should be 500 words or more.
