SGA has voted to support student conference attendance by using funds carried over from last year to reimburse students for conference registration fees. SGA will work with Student Affairs at the end of the academic year to review all requests for registration fee reimbursement. Our ability to reimburse will depend on the amount of money available through SGA, the number of reimbursement requests received, and the total dollar amount of reimbursements requested. We will cap the reimbursement amount/student.
We cannot guarantee this support will be available every year. It will depend on whether SGA has remaining funds at the end of each year.
IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE, REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE FOR A PERCENTAGE OF THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE AND WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE SUBMISSION PER STUDENT.
