Ashlee Grace wants you to love your purchase. If this is not the case:
We offer a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund/return, you'll need to:
Download & complete the attached Returns Form;
Ensure your item is in the same condition that it was received (unworn, unused, with tags & hygiene stickers attached); and your order number.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items.
EXCHANGES
If you would to exchange your item, please provide details of the new product required in the feedback section.
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
