This privacy notice sets out how Ayala Westgrove Heights Homeowners Association Inc., uses and protects any information that you give us when you apply for any AWHHAI process or interact with our employees, authorized representatives, agents, and service providers, such as filling out our forms or when you send us inquiries or provide feedback or respond to our surveys and when we seek to verify your information with third party entities.

As part of the process completion, we might need the following information from you: full name / company name, date of birth, age, marital status, religion, education, mobile and residence number, e-mail address, present address and/or provincial address, marital status, photo, biometrics, issued by government agencies peculiar to an individual such as: (a) unique identifiers (eg TIN, UMID ID no., driver's license no, passport no, GSIS/SSS number, voter's registration no, etc), (b) licenses or its denials, suspension or revocation, (c) tax returns and Images via CCTV and other similar recording devices and processes which may be observed when visiting our offices and/or using our other facilities.

 

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and specifically for the following reasons: delivering services or carrying out transactions; Internal record keeping; delivery and pull-out processing; construction permit; village renovation permit; work permit application; processing contractors’ village ID; employees’ files and records including pre-employment requirements; we may use the information to improve our products and services; we may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail; planning, managing and performing under our relationship as the association.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information, we have put in place suitable organization, physical, technical security measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, process and store.

Be informed on the nature, purpose and extent of the processing of your personal data; to access the information, you have given and be furnished a copy thereof; to correct, rectify or supplement information should any data be found to be inaccurate or incomplete; to suspend, withdraw or object to the processing of your personal data; to order the erasure, blocking, removal or destruction of your personal data from the company’s filling system upon discovery of substantial proof that the personal data are already incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or are no longer necessary for the purposes which they were collected; be indemnified for damages suffered due to the violation of the lawful processing of your personal data or your rights as a data subject; and to obtain a copy of your personal data in an electronic and structured format.
