Thanks for your interest in our scholarship program in 2024. Please read the following details carefully before you apply.

Target Candidates

International

Volleyball players at elite level from the world, especially from the following Asian countries or regions: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia who are planning to come to Australia on a student or working holiday visa and are able to play the entire PVL season from April to September 2024, plus other tournaments throughout the year based on your visa and travel plan.

Domestic

Domestic or interstate players at elite level if you are already in Australia. Other requirements are the same as above.

Juniors (Development – 2 years minimum)

Junior players (U21 – Born 2004 or later) with good potential to train and develop with Aces United, including playing PVL in the first year, then represent Aces United as a regular player (fees payable) from the second year.

Eligibility

1. Players at elite level or junior players with good potential, both overseas and domestic.
2. 4 levels of scholarship will be offered (Level 1-4).
3. For Juniors (Level 4), players must be born in 2004 or later (u21) and must stay with the club for a minimum of 2 years.
4. Players with good attitude and committment to volleyball and the club. Scholarship players are also expected to assist in other roles of club where possible.

Requirements

1. The player(s) must play for Aces United for at least 1 year (2 years for Juniors). If the player leaves the club within the period, the benefit amount must be paid back to the club.
2. The player(s) must play all official competitions in 2024 as specified in the agreement.
3. The player(s) are expected to attend at least 80% PVL training and games during the season (April - September)
4. Aces United reserves the right to cancel the scholarship if the attendance requirements are not met.
