Hearts and Hands Scholarship Fund Application
- Please read and understand the following before beginning the application.
- Application must be filled out completely. Incomplete applications will not submit. An application must be submitted each year.
- Complete transcript (grade report is not acceptable) must be submitted. The application cannot be considered without a transcript. You can upload it at the end of this application.
- In order to receive initial scholarship, admission to an accredited school is required. Scholarships may be awarded each year up to a period of 6 years. Awards beyond this period are subject to individual consideration.
- Applicant must have a Townsend residential address (37882 zip). If a PO Box is used for mailing purposes, a street address must also be provided.
- As proof of residency, applicant must provide a copy of his/her TN driver’s license or TN-issued photo ID. Please upload a copy at the end of this application.
- Deadline is June 30 in the year of the application.
- Please note: If your program does not start in the fall, you may submit your application anytime with a letter from your educational institution detailing your start date. This letter can be uploaded at the end of this application.
- Applicants will be notified of scholarship awards around the first of July.
- Students will receive two payments (by semester). Recipients must provide a transcript of each past semester and course schedule for the upcoming semester to receive each of the two payments.
