Conference Evening Events

ESN wishes to minimise the amount of waste generated through the conference. Delegates are therefore asked to only register for these events if they will definitely attend them. Both these events have limited capacity, if you register for the event we count on you to let us know if you can no longer attend.

Event Fees

The Conference Fee covers all plenary and workshop sessions, two lunches during the conference, all coffee breaks, official reception, and official dinner. Hotel and travel are not included in the fee.
Super early-bird discount of 10% will be offered from 16 November to 31 December.

Please note that discounts are only valid if the payment is made within the payment term.
