Omega House Rental Application
Omega House Requirements:

1. Must attend a mandatory weekly house meeting.

2. No alcohol, tobacco, vape products, cannabis, illegal substances, weapons, or pets are allowed. Generally, overnight guests are not allowed but special considerations can be made with prior written requests.

3. Verifiable income no less than three times the amount of monthly rent.

4. Because we share the property with our pet resort, residents must be aware of dogs being on the premises at all times of the day.

Rental Application Qualifications:

1. 18 years of age or older.

2. Possess a valid social security number.

3. Provide three references as part of a background check.

4. Employment verification by employer and/or pay stubs or W-2.

Other Helpful Information:
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- All persons must submit a separate rental application.
- Acceptance of an application does not mean the application will be approved.
- Availability is not on a first come first serve basis.
- Upon acceptance of an application, the applicant will be asked to sign the rental lease agreement.
- Any false information submitted on an application will be cause for automatic denial.
- Although Renters Insurance is not required and Son Care Foundation, Inc.'s property is currently insured against major incidents, we strongly recommend tenants procure their own insurance for personal items.
