ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
SMG missionary and ministry staff will demonstrate a balanced, Spirit-filled Christian lifestyle and maintain biblical priorities in commitments to ministry, family, associates, personal interests and study.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Ministry organization, operations, policies, values, and objectives
- New staff training curriculum (per role)
- Operation, procedures and precedents of the ministry and team to which assigned
- Knowledge of current technology relevant to effective ministry
- Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary
- Oral and written communication skills
- Basic tenants of the Christian faith and practice
ABILITY TO:
- Grow in relationship with God, in faith and in the application of God’s Word to self and others
- Effectively communicate ministry objectives, values, and methodologies
- Understand and express abstract concepts with others
