    Request to reserve space for an event in Farnham or Schwartz Hall Programming Spaces or Connecticut Hall Tabling Space.
  • Please be aware that you are submitting a request to utilize the selected space. This does not guarantee that the space is available for use. The space is not reserved until you receive confirmation from the Office of Residence Life that you request has been approved.   • Guidelines for Requesters:

    • Requesters can request to host an event in FPS between 6:30pm - 11:30pm Sunday - Friday. Events cannot begin earlier or end later than these times, as to allow time for setup and breakdown. The earliest you can setup for your event is 5:30pm while staff is present in FPS.

       
    • Event facilitators / requesters are responsible for setting up the activities of their program and cleaning up at the end of the event. FPS Program Assistants will set up the space before the event, including furniture arrangement and technology setup
       
    • Requesters must remove all of their event supplies from the space at the end of the event (including giveaways, food stored in the kitchen/freezer, craft materials, etc.)
       
    • Requesters must bring their own table cloths for any activities involving paint or liquid craft materials
