Nail Trimming Details / Invoicing
We are providing the service right after exercise or while your dog stays with us for training, boarding or house sitting The nail trimming will be invoiced and mentioned with your next invoice.
Board + Train Info
What to send with your dog during train/boarding:
-All food and special treats if needed due to allergy
-All medications for the time you are gone
-Harness(es), booties, coats, etc. that they typically wear outside - NO Leash
-A blanket or bed that smells like home if for the first time or has separation anxiety --A favorite toy

Pick-Up/Drop-Off
Please plan to drop-off your dog timely between 7-8am in the morning of the boarding, or around 12:30pm. Dropping off a dog off at a new place in the late afternoon or evening can be stressful and unsettling for them.

The pick up can be at any time arranged. We recommend arranging the pick up time before your departure. We try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

Or you can pay an additional fee to schedule a time for your dog to be picked up or dropped off at your house.

Service Description
Includes 2 hour exercise and group hike in the morning with a training focus, 30- minute leash train walk and 1 hour individualized training session per day. You will receive a customized training plan with exercises. It is advised to plan 45min. for a transfer session when you pick up your dog to learn how to implement the exercises with your dog.

Cancellation Policy  
House Sitting & Train Boarding—2 weeks prior

Dog Boarding—1 week prior
Buddy charges 50% of the service price if cancellation occurs outside the above timelines.

Training & Exercise Groups & other services—24 hours prior to the service
Buddy charges 100% of the service price if cancellation occurs outside the above timelines. 

Payment 
Train Boarding, Boarding & Day Care—Payment due one week prior to service

Exercise and Training—Payment due within one week of service

Precise due dates communicated on invoice. Dog Owner agrees to reimburse Buddy for reasonable expenses incurred arising from/relating to dog care.

Emergencies
If there is an emergency, Buddy will make all reasonable efforts to first contact Dog Owner. If Dog Owner is unreachable, Buddy shall contact the following individual(s) and/or veterinarian. In addition, Dog Owner authorizes Buddy to seek and obtain medical attention and treatment as deemed necessary by a veterinarian.

Injury and Hold Harmless Agreement

Dog Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Lilith Erlenbusch and Buddy Dog Training and Care and its owners, employees, contractors and agents, hereinafter referred to as “Dog Sitter,” from and against any and all liability, or damages or any expenses whatsoever, as a result of any claims, demands, damages, costs or judgments that may arise in connection with or as a result of any act of Dog Owner’s dog(s), unless such liability, losses, damages, costs or judgments are due directly to the intentional misconduct of Dog Sitter.

Dog Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Dog Sitter from and against any and all liability, losses or damages or any expenses whatsoever, as a result of any claims, demands, damages, costs or judgments, including claims, demands, damages, costs or judgments based on Dog Sitter’s own negligence, that may arise in connection with or as a result of Dog Owner’s dog(s) biting or injuring Dog Sitter or any person or animal.

Dog Owner shall defend Dog Sitter from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs or judgments, including claims, demands, damages, costs or judgments, based on Dog Sitter’s own negligence that may arise in connection with or as a result of Dog Owner’s dog(s) biting or injuring Dog Sitter or any person or animal.

If Dog Owner’s dog(s) becomes ill, is injured or lost or accidentally dies, Dog Owner expressly agrees to hold Dog Sitter harmless and waives and releases Dog Sitter from any and all claims and liability, losses and expenses whatsoever arising from any such incident.
