Standard and Expectations
All staff members of SOON Movement Global are expected to grow in their Christian faith and exhibit Christian character as demonstrated by their attitude, appearance, and conduct actively and intentionally. We also anticipate all staff members will actively seek opportunities for greater understanding, involvement, and connection with our ministry by taking part in various activities as specified by their leadership. This includes attending periodic Bible studies and other worship experiences in the workplace during the workweek. We expect high standards from our staff members because we are commanded by the Lord to be the light and the salt of the world (Please refer to the "Code of Conduct of SOON Movement Global" document.)
