The information you provide gives us a better idea of what you are looking for in a family companion as well as information about your family and home environment. Once we look over and approve your home we will contact you on how to reserve your new family member! Remember: there are no right or wrong answers. This is simply a way for us to get to know you better! Please complete every question in full.

- Completing this questionnaire is the first step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Timberland Pups with Paws, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
  
  If this questionnaire is approved, you'll be contacted with dates that we are available for visitation (facetime call if not local) or make a nonrefundable $300 deposit on a puppy for the puppy of your choice. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy from the litter and understand that the deposit is non-refundable. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit is forfeited. For any questions about the deposit please contact us.
  
  Puppies will be picked by their new families when the puppies are approximately four (4) weeks of age. Puppies will go to their new homes after they have turned eight (8) weeks of age. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not able to pick up your puppy within this timeframe please contact us prior to making a deposit. Total payment on your puppy MUST be received by eight weeks of age. Puppies will not leave our care until full payment has been made and processed.
