    If there are keys associated with the mailbox, keys must be provided in a timely manner or we will need to change the lock so the tenant has a key.

    ☑️ Alarm Monitoring: If you are currently paying for monitoring, terminate the contract. The new tenant will not take over the existing contract.

    ☑️ Auto-revert PUD: Add auto-revert to your Grant PUD account by calling them at 509-766-2505.

    ☑️ Keys: Deliver house keys, mail keys, and garage door openers to Nest Property Solutions: 821 W Broadway Ave Ste 204, Moses Lake, WA 98837.
