ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible for this contest, the following criteria must be met:
The “CAREGIVER” nominated:
- Must be a legal U.S. resident age eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry.
- Must have their primary residence in one of NYC five boroughs, Nassau County or Suffolk County.
- Must be the “primary” caregiver.
- That means, they may or may not be the sole caregiver. Their loved one can also have a nurse or home attendant care for them.
- Need not be related to their loved one.
- The caregiver can be, for example, a relative, neighbor, friend or co-worker.
- Must be an active caregiver for at least one year with the person they are currently caring.
The Caregiver’s “LOVED ONE”:
- Must be 65+ years old at the time of entry.
- Is experiencing a life altering “health” challenges – defined as a condition that makes it nearly impossible for the person to live on their own without the assistance of a nurse/caregiver. This includes physical conditions and it includes, but is not limited to, the following:

PRIZES
GRAND PRIZE:
One gift/experience of the caregiver’s choosing valued up to $500.
SECOND PLACE PRIZE:
One gift/experience of the caregiver’s choosing valued up to $250.
THIRD PLACE PRIZE:
One gift/experience of the caregiver’s choosing valued up to $250.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering this contest, all parties (Nominator, Caregiver, Loved One), if chosen, must agree to: (a) comply with and be bound by these rules and regulations, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) release and hold harmless With My Whole Heart (WMWH) Founders and Administrators, WMWH Giving Circle Members, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Contest, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) guarantee that they are the true and rightful owner of photos posted for prompts (“Photo”) and have the full right and authority to submit an entry for this Contest.
Caregivers cannot nominate themselves. This contest is meant to be a surprise however, the Nominator can make the Caregiver aware they were nominated. With My Whole Heart will only reach out to the finalist and winners.
With My Whole Heart and With My Whole Heart Giving Circle members and their immediate family members are ineligible to receive an award and cannot submit an entry on behalf of someone else.
DURATION
The duration of this contest will run from December 1, 2023 @ 12:00am EST until March 31, 2024 @ 11:59pm EST.
The month of April all entries will be read, verified, finalists randomly selected, and gifts/experiences confirmed. Winners will be announced on Facebook Live on or about May 12, 2024.
