ICCPRA Red Cross Course Student Policy
Student Online Course Open Policy
Due to technical requirements, our team needs to manually activate your CPR online course, so we kindly ask for your patience.
If you register during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM), we will activate your course normally within two hours following your registration. If you register outside of office hours, we will activate your online session as soon as possible on the next working day.
Please note: if you register very close to the time of the in-person session (for example, registering at 8 PM for a 10 AM course tomorrow morning) you may not receive the link for the online session before the in-person course begins. However, rest assured that we will provide you with ample time (48hrs) to complete the online course afterward. You can attend the in-person session first, then finish the online portion within 48 hrs.
ICCPRA Policies
A. CANCELATION POLICY:
If you must cancel, please send your cancel request to our main office at cpr@usjus.org with 24-HOUR before the in-person class schedule.
We do not accept refund requests within 24 hours of the start of the in-person class.
A $25 Cancellation Fee will be charged for all appointments canceled.
B. RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Students can only reschedule their course 24-HOUR before the in-person class schedule. If you must reschedule, please send your reschedule request to our main office at cpr@usjus.org.
A $25 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all rescheduled requests.
Students can only reschedule no more than 3 times and will be charged 25 USD every time he/she request reschedule.
We highly recommend you take advantage of the $10 Reschedule Insurance so you can reschedule as many times as needed. Example: if you reschedule 3 times you would pay $90 or pay $10 to reschedule as often as you want.
C. NO SHOW POLICY:
If students fail to attend their scheduled in-person class, they will not be eligible to receive an OSHA-Approved CPR certificate, and there will be no refund in this case. However, if the student has completed the online portion of the course and has a valid reason for their absence, they may request to reschedule to another in-person class within 60 days. Please note that a $40 fee will be charged for this rescheduling service.
Other ICCPRA Policy
COVID-19:
The health and safety of our training community is our highest priority. If you are sick, or have been sick within 48 hours, please reschedule PRIOR to your scheduled course.
AMERICAN RED CROSS CPR VS. BLS:
Prior to registration, please confirm the type of course you need and that American Red Cross (vs AHA) is accepted by your organization.
The $25 cancellation fee above will apply for any cancelled courses if the class has not been taken yet.
CERTIFICATION CARD POLICY:
Most Certifications take 2-3 business days to receive electronically via email, directly from the American Red Cross.
A $15 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 48 hours of registered class.
NOTE: Once certifications are processed refunds will not be provided.
VISITOR POLICY:
Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training.
Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.
FAILED COURSE POLICY:
Students will be considered failed if the student is a no show and absent from their scheduled class, or the student does not complete the online session within 48 hours after the practical session. There is no refund for any student who does not pass a course. If a student does not pass, they will not be granted any form of refund, and would need to re-enroll for a course.
ONLINE-ONLY COURSES:
Please note that there are no refunds allowed for Online-Only classes. Once an Online-Only class has been purchased, a link to access the Red Cross class will be issued shortly after.
NOTE:
Gosvea Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge.

*Course Participant Agreement
All course participants must comply with all of the regulations set forth by Gosvea Inc. and associated staff.
In consideration of myself participating in any Gosvea Inc. managed course or service, I state and promise as follows:
1. I knowingly and fully assume all risks associated with the course or service. I hereby, for myself, my child/children, our heirs, administrators, executers and personal representatives forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages and losses, whether monetary or otherwise compensatory, that I or my child may have against: (i) Gosvea Inc. and its Directors; and (ii) any affiliated Training Facility; and (iii) executive directors, owners, managers, employees, members, representatives and agents; and (iv) all instructors, participants, organizers, planners and volunteers;
2. The undersigned participant, representative, parent and/or guardian does hereby represent that he/she, in truth, acting in such a capacity and agrees to save and Hold Harmless and indemnify each and all liability, loss, cost, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act, and release said parties
on behalf of myself, the participant or minor.
3. I authorize Gosvea Inc. to use my contact information to communicate any schedule updates and announcements. In using Gosvea Inc. training services, I consent to be photographed, filmed and audio recorded for social media and promotional purposes.
