Thank you for your participation! I'd like to provide you with an overview of the show's schedule.

I will send your specially crafted canvas to you at the start of December. Once I receive them, they will be promptly mailed out to you.

Between January 5th and 14th, I'll unveil the lineup of 20 artists. Once your name is revealed, you're welcome to share "sneak peeks" – a corner or close-up of your work to not expose the full art piece and build anticipation.

The deadline for submitting your artwork is 1/26/2024; kindly send images of the canvas against a white background by this date. For those unable to attend the live event, please ensure the image and actual canvas reach me by the same date. I'll promote your canvases from Feb 2nd to the 6th using the images you provide on Instagram and my website.

The Instagram virtual show is slated for Saturday, February 10th, during CHD Week in Heart Awareness Month, kicking off at 6 pm EST/3 pm PST.

If you wish to include additional items like stickers, prints, pins, or Creative DIY in your package, feel free to do so and mention it during our live event.
