August 9 - 11, 2023 at Deer Park Retreat Center, New Hope, PA Gates open Friday August 9 at 4:00pm. REGISTRATION IS FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT - INCLUDES: 2 nights in a cabin or lodge room (up to 4 women per room), 6 meals beginning Friday night light dinner through Sunday Lunch. ALL WORKSHOPS, CLASSES and PERFORMANCES included. Use of the retreat grounds, labyrinth, walking trails, swimming pool (limited hours) all included. You need to bring linens/bedding and towels.

Cafeteria style meals will be provided in the Retreat cafeteria beginning Friday dinner through Sunday Breakfast. Retreat Accommodations
4 people to a cabin, limited availability for lodge rooms 4 people per room, $100 surcharge for indoor air-conditioned room. Participants are responsible for bringing their own linens/sleeping bags,blankets and pillows. You may bring a fan if you'd like, Cabins do not have air conditioning.

Terms and Conditions:
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled to participate in this retreat. In consideration of The Host allowing me to participate, I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators and any other person who may have an interest at common law or by operation of statute, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now or in the future. I release from liability The Host and any teachers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (“the releasees”) for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss or any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat. I release from liability The Host for any cause whatsoever including those arising out of, or in any way connected to or occasioned by the negligence of the releasees. I agree to arrive no sooner than 4:00pm on Friday August 9th and to leave no later than 1:00 on Sunday August 11th.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
RETREAT PRICING. All prices are per person and are set well in advance of the retreat start date. Prices include retreat costs only; they do not include travel costs to and from the retreat. RETREAT PAYMENT & DEPOSIT. Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal via the website. Payment may also be made by sending a check within 7 days of completing the online registration. To pay by check choose the option during the registration process to receive more details. Requests for refunds will be accepted prior to July 15th. After July15th requests will be considered on an individual basis. You may transfer your registration to another person with notification no less than one week prior to the start of the event. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early. There will be a $30 change fee subtracted from the amount returned. In the event of weather, terrorism, civil unrest, health changes, personal emergencies or otherwise the cause the cancellation of the event there is no guarantee of refund.

MAKERS MARKET - VENDORS
MAKERS MARKET - VENDING. We welcome vending of homemade and handmade items. There is no fee for vendors, however, we request that in exchange vendors donate item or goods (Approx $25 value) for our MAKERS RAFFLE. Proceeds of the raffle will help support our scholarship fund. Vendors areas are 8'x8' max. You will need to bring your own table and there is no electricity available for vendors.

Only Full Event Tickets are available at this time. If there is space available after June 1st single day tickets may become available. No reductions for partial attendance. Doors open at 4:00pm Friday Aug 9 and Retreat Closes at noon Sunday Aug 11. Please see our website for information about limited scholarship opportunitues.
Weekend All-Inclusive Tickets. Two nights lodging, 6 meals (Friday dinner through Sunday Lunch) All workshops and programs included. Full use of retreat facility, including outdoor pool,labyrith,walking trails.
