UYD Creative Space is available from 7:30 am - 10:30 pm. All bookings receive 30 minutes before for set up and 30 minutes after for tear down. If you need more time than that please add that time into your request. (*Any additional set up/tear down time will be charged based on the hourly rate)

Due to leasing and insurance stipulations wine and alcohol are not permitted in the event space.

In addition to the offering of the space and equipment. UYD Creative Spaces has relationships with Local Women Owned Businesses that offer ancilliary services to make your event amazing. By checking the boxes, you will be sent a list of vendors. You are not obligated to use any of these services. These services are separate costs and will require you to coordinate directly with those businesses.

*If you do use one of these businesses UYD will send you a survey about your experience at the end of the event. We want to make sure that our list is current and only offering the very best customer service and delivery experiences.
