In the Couch to 50 mile program, we take a deep dive into improving your nutrition, gut health, training and recovery habits, mindset, and emotional balance. We make it super personal and super individualized. Does that sound like a good fit for you at this point in your life?
Though there are no guarantees, the Couch to 50 Mile program is designed to jumpstart you on the path to SUCCESS in reaching your goals. It is comprehensive and holistic and requires you putting in the work daily, whether that is changes to your nutrition, time for training and recovery, and intentionally working toward mental/emotional balance. Is this commitment something that makes sense for your life right now?
The cost of the jumpstart 3-month program, which includes gut health testing, dietician-recommended nutrition planning, high quality supplements based on your assessment, the individualized all-encompassing training plan, as well as weekly support and accountability calls with your coach, is $4100 (with the option of lower-cost training after the initial 3-month jumpstart program).
