Refusal to sign any form provided by a car manufacturer will not bar you from participating in the event, but will mean that you will not be permitted to drive that particular vehicle. Refusal to sign the “Robb Report Event Car of the Year South Florida - Waiver & Release” or refusal to agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, however, will disqualify you from participating in the event in its entirety.

Driver acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability if Driver turns-off, disables or otherwise removes any safety system in vehicles, including, but not limited to, any driver assist systems, adaptive cruise control, blindspot alert, rear cross path detection, lane departure and forward collision warning systems, traction control, airbags, and/or seat belts.
Rolls-Royce RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY *

I agree and do hereby grant, to the Releases and each of them, the right to take photographs, videotapes, audio tapes or other recordings or likenesses of me during the Event and the right to use such photographs, videotapes, audio tapes, recordings or likenesses in any way, in any medium, for any business purpose, without further consideration or compensation and without limitation as to time or territory.
