Among the Arts Commission's responsibilities are recommending grant applications for RAP tax funds and implementing Ivins City's Arts Master Plan. The Commission generally meets monthly on the second Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. The Ordinance establishing the Arts Commission and the Arts Master Plan are available on the City's website under Government and then Arts Commission.
The sitting Commission members recommend potential members to the Mayor. New members are then appointed by the Mayor on advice and consent of the City Council. To be considered by the Arts Commission, please submit the form below. With submission of this application, you are stating your willingness to accept a two-year appointment.
