All evaluation lessons are non-refundable.

Once a lesson is scheduled and payment is received, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued — regardless of the reason for cancellation, rescheduling, or missed attendance.

This policy is in place to respect the coach’s time, facility scheduling, and preparation for your session.
