2024 Presenter Proposal Form

Please review PRCCP's mission statement before submitting this form. Accepted proposals will demonstrate relevancy to the topics of historically excluded composers, works, and/or musicians as they pertain to collaborative piano. Additionally, proposals directly related to composers of music for woodwinds and piano will be considered.

There is a $50 non-refundable fee to apply.

All proposals are due April 1, 2024. Presenters will be notified of acceptance by April 14, 2024.

Presenters are eligible to apply to be a participant or competitor for the 2024 PRCCP festival. This is not required. Accepted presenters will be eligible to attend the entire 2-week festival with housing, breakfast, and lunch provided for the participant fee of $1350. Presenters are not required to attend the festival. In that case, presenters will be responsible for the cost of their own housing and meals. Presenters who apply for and are accepted as either a participant or competitor must stay for the entire 2 weeks, pay the $1350 fee, and will be housed with the other participants and competitors.*

All accepted presenters/participants/competitors who are staying in festival-provided housing must pay a deposit of $300 by April 15, 2024. Final installment of the remaining $1000 will be required by May 1, 2024.*
