    We use the Potential Conflict of Interest Form when we assign the members of the grants committee to the interest area committees. As you complete the form, think about grants or organizations that you may not be able to evaluate without bias or favoritism. For example, if you sit on the board of an arts organization cultural arts would not be a good fit since you might favor the organization that you are most familiar.
