Beach Wheelchair Loan Form

To book the beach wheelchair at Wellington Point Recreation Reserve, please complete, accept the conditions and submit the booking form.
This service may vary due to weather, tides, and beach conditions. Carers are responsible for checking weather and tide times prior to booking. This is a free service and there are no age or ability restrictions. However, the WaterWheels™ beach chair can only accommodate up to 115kg. Please be advised that carers are responsible for the user at all times during the session and it is advisable to have two careers available for the lifts and carrys. An individual's career must always accompany them when using this service.
