Cre8tive Fitness 2025 Waitlist (Term 1)

This is NOT a membership sign up form.

Please complete this form if you would like to reserve your spot/s of just 6 available per small group FIT session for 10 weeks of sessions running 27th Jan - 20th April 2024 for Term 1 2025. 

Important Note: Nic will be booking an O/S holiday during Term 1 at this stage so the 10 week term will be extended by a 2 week timeframe i.e until 20th April to compensate for the 2 weeks away. Sessions will stop for the 2 weeks from 3rd - 16th March please ensure you are ok with this prior to completing this form / prior to offical sign up. 

Reserve your spot/s with a $10 deposit (non-refundable, BUT discounted off your membership $ total when you sign up) and have them reserved for first preference joining ahead of official membership sign ups opening from Wed 15th - Wed 22nd Jan, 8pm. 

There are two payment options for the term;

X1 Session pw    $180

X2 Sessions pw  $324

X3 Sessions pw  $432

x5 Payments Fortnightly
X1 Session pw   $40 per fortnight

X2 Sessions pw $72 per fortnight

X3 Sessions pw $96 per fortnight

Waitlist Terms & Conditions; 

- Nic will be booking an O/S holiday during Term 1 so the 10 week term will be extended by this timeframe i.e until 20th April to compensate for 2 weeks away between 3rd - 16th March 2025.

- $10 deposit is non-refundable but will be taken off your membership payment total upon sign up, keep an eye out for email notification of the discount coupon code. 

- Your session preference (Q4) will be considered and the most popular selection that works for that day/time will run, otherwise the session will default to FIT Motion (strength / Cardio) which is the most suitable and adaptable for the majority of clients. You'll receive offical notification of the offical session times / formats nearer waitlist close. 

- If your selected session can not run you'll be notified or you can no longer participate in the selected format your waitlist $10 deposit will be refunded. 

- Decisions on sessions are made based largely on waitlist numbers, please ensure you have correctly completed this form prior to submission.

- Your reserved session spots will be held until Tuesday 14th Jan only, after which your reserved status will be forfeit if you have not signed up and the spot will be re-advertised and available on first in basis for late / during term sign ups. 

- Sessions listed above are being advertised to run for term 1 only, sessions require minimum sign up numbers to be able to run.
