XXXIII GEPFS Media Credential Request
Welcome to the Greater El Paso Showcase Media Credential Request Form. All requests by Content creators for Video & Photography purposes must be submitted via this form > includes Official Team Photogs or Booster Photogs. After review of your application, if approved, notification will be received by email with instructions. GEPFS reserves the right to approve or decline requests and/or prohibit or suspend access to anyone who fails to follow our media policies. Photographer Event Guidelines / Notice
The XXXIII Annual GEPFS All Star Game will once again take place at SAC II 12/20. Due to Limited Spacing / Enhanced Restrictions - ONLY 1-2 (max) personnel per entity (in good standing) may be approved (Field Access ONLY). This DOES NOT affect Enterprise Sports Media or our approved partnered sports entities who are Broadcasting or Covering the Showcase in Official Capacity. *Note - Game and Event Administrators / Officials retain final determination of photographer placement at all events. Officials reserve the right to remove anyone from event if causing a disturbance. For GAMEDAY, Photographers may shoot from any point on the sidelines (DO NOT Enter players boxes > 25-yard line to 25-yard line). Photographers must remain 5-7 yards off the sideline in order to allow officials and players room to maneuver. No Photographer / Videographer may sit on the ground on either sideline while the game is in progress - doing so creates a risk of injury to players, coaches and referees moving throughout the sideline. Sitting on ground is ONLY allowed outside end zone areas. We have less significant spacing at SAC II than at SAC I - Safety for all attending is our top priority.

Which 915 Showcase Event are you requesting access for? Upon approval, instructions for each event will be provided via email. For GAMEDAY, the Media Credential issued by GEPFS will be the ONLY recognized credential. This credential will ONLY be issued on GAMEDAY prior to the Game 12/20 (Pick-Up Instructions > Day prior to game). Wearing any other credential displaying "MEDIA" will not be accepted.

Final Rules / Guidelines
GAMEDAY 12/20: Enterprise Media & Partnered Sports Entities will have priority. Appropriate behavior & media courtesy / etiquette is expected by all approved personnel. Only 1 High School yearbook photographer per school will be approved (must be accompanied by their school Instructor or have Instructor contact us to confirm your assignment). Parents, booster club members, hired team photographers or videographers wanting access / claiming school representation will not be approved. The purpose & priority of media credential approval / access is for Game Coverage. If any approved person is seeking access to compete for clients to excessively profit - your access will be revoked & suspended. A valid ID / school ID will be needed to pick up your credential on GAMEDAY 12/20. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I understand that if I violate any of the aforementioned & below rules / expectations, I will lose my access and may be escorted out of the venue by security. I may also be removed from consideration for any future GEPFS events. ALL BOXES MUST BE CHECKED.

I agree that no explicit music will be used in any published videos I record / produce from coverage at GEPFS Events.
I agree that on GAMEDAY I will only have Field Access and will not disregard the rules and attempt to gain more access than what I was approved for. (Example - No Locker room access unless authorized)
I understand that if I become inactive during the game and rather socialize while on sidelines, I may be asked to leave.
I agree that I am solely responsible for all my equipment and will not hold SISD or the GEPFS responsible for any damaged or lost items such as Photo or Video Cameras, Lenses, Microphones, Cell Phones or any other high value item(s) I am in control of while covering game.
I understand and accept that "Micing Up" Players, Coaches, Trainers or Referees is strictly prohibited.
