Referral Guidelines

Channel International Placement Services Corporation is a member of 20ten Holdings, Inc., of which Wealthlink, Inc. is also a member.

Deployed employees are encouraged to refer qualified candidates for:

1) Registered Nurses with NLEX

2) Registered Nurses without NLEX

Requirements:
- Updated Resume w/ picture, detailed job description and trainings.
- School diploma/transcript of records.
- PRC Certificate/License ID.
- NLEX Certificate, if any.
- IELTS, if any.
To refer a potential candidate, please complete this form and submit it along with a copy of the candidate’s Resume in Word format.
Upon referral of Licensed Nurse:
- Regular Board Passer - 10 e-Tickets
- NLEX Board Passer - 20 e-Tickets
Upon signing of Job offer: Additional Tickets:
- Regular Board Passer - Php. 1,500.00 Plus 10 e-tickets
- NLEX Board Passer - Php. 2,000.00 Plus 20 e-tickets
Upon approval of U.S. Visa: Additional Tickets:
- Regular Board Passer - Php. 2,000.00 Plus 20 e- tickets
- NLEX Board Passer - Php. 3,000.00 Plus 30 e-tickets
For Grand Raffle:
1. Trip to Hong Kong for 2 Persons - 3 days 2 nights absolutely free with $500 travel allowance

There is no limit on how many candidates an employee can refer.
