concerns or problems instead of talking to others about them. Of course, include
your parents.
J. Use positivity and extreme care when using social media to post statements (or
innuendos) related to the KAIROS organization, Board, teams, coaches,
athletes, and/or athletes’ families. In the event that a post is slanderous,

action.
K. Use wisdom when posting photos to social media. Photos that may reflect
negatively on the organization will be evaluated by the Board.
L. Athletes are representatives of KAIROS and are to be groomed in a manner well
pleasing to the Lord. Any conduct while participating in the sport or in the
community that is deemed detrimental to the program by the Board will invoke a
warning, disciplinary action, or suspension from the program. Athletes shall be
subject to suspension of games and/or removal from the team by coaches, the
Athletic Director, or the Board of Directors if his/her conduct is not consistent with

organization with whom KAIROS may be/become associated.

injured child. No one but coaches, athlete, scorekeeper, coach approve
assistant, and medical personnel are to otherwise approach the bench during or
after a game.
F. Let the official call the game – remembering that they too are only human and
that rarely is the outcome of the game determined by one “bad call.”

and never laughing at errors made by any athlete nor jeering at an official(s),
opposing team, or fellow parents.
