This part of our registration form is hosted by Jotform separate from our website to ensure anonymity of responses.

There is currently no formal data available about the parents of international education neurodivergent and disabled students or our children. Accordingly, general data about our community is essential to ensure we can develop the proper networks and advocacy channels we need to navigate and improve the diverse and challenging educational environments for our children.

Please do not provide any data that you do not want to share with Parents Alliance for Inclusion. Every question asking for sensitive data has the option to choose "I do not want to answer this question."

(1A) Please confirm again that: (a) you over 18; (b) you understand there is no obligation to answer any of the below questions; (c) that you understand that we have designed this piece of the survey to be disconnected from your email and identity to ensure your privacy; (d) that you understand we are collecting this data to get an overview of our whole community to be able to advocate with data about our community.
