Touring Group Policy*

Please note, your group will be divided into touring groups of 18 guests. We will require 2 chaperones for each touring group.
Complimentary Tickets - Groups will receive 1 complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets purchased. Complimentary tickets will be calculated and reflected on confirmation/invoice.
Please review and share the Sleepover Handbook with all chaperones for your overnight group. This handbook will have all the information you need to prepare for your sleepover at Georgia Aquarium!

Group Meal Options
Group meals must be purchased at least one week in advance through the Georgia Aquarium Group Sales Office. No exchanges, refunds, or substitutions, Meal offerings are subject to change due to availability. Entire group must purchase the same meal option. Seating for lunch is limited and is first come, first served. Georgia Aquarium does not allow any outside food and beverage in the facility and we are unable to store packed lunches or coolers.

Picnic Pack - $9.50/each - turkey and cheese sandwich, a bag of Goldfish, fruit snacks, and a 10 oz. Dasani bottled water.

Group Combo Meal - $14.00/each – Each person can choose their preferred meal option at your meal pick-up time.
- Chicken Tenders Meal: three-piece chicken tender basket, a bag of Goldfish crackers, fruit snacks, and freestyle fountain beverage.
- Pizza Pockets Meal: three cheese and pepperoni pizza pockets, a bag of Goldfish crackers, fruit snacks, and a freestyle fountain beverage.
Coastline Combo Meal - $20.00/each - Your choice of cheeseburger, three-piece chicken tenders, or pizza served with french fries, a fudge round cookie, and a freestyle fountain beverage.

$25.00 Meal Voucher - This voucher can be redeemed for any purchase in Coastline Cafe for up to $25.00! The entire amount must be used in a purchase. No change will be given and you will be responsible for any additional purchase over the $25.00 value.

Add-On Options
Prefered Dolphin Seating $5.00 per person - Your admission ticket already includes first come, first served seating or you can skip the line and enjoy preferred seating for our Dolphin Celebration with our new Reserved Seating Option! Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the show to be seated. There is no seating after the theater doors close and there are no refunds if you are not able to attend your scheduled show. Guests with wheelchairs are not required to purchase reserved seating.

Individual Car Parking Passes - $15.00 per vehicle - Finding parking in Downtown Atlanta can be a hassle! Plan ahead and receive discounted parking for your visit in Georgia Aquarium's covered parking deck with 24.7 security. The clearance for our parking deck is 6'8.

Bus Parking Passes- Purchased through Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) Marshalling Yard - Georgia Aquarium does not provide bus parking at our facility. If your group needs to purchase bus parking passes, you may do so through the Georgia World Congress Center Marshalling Yard which is located about half a mile from the aquarium. The GWCC Marshalling Yard requests bus parking to be purchased in advance. Further details will be provided on confirmation/invoice.*

I understand that bus parking passes cannot be purchased through Georgia Aquarium and I will make parking arrangements before my visit.
Group Reservation Policies
Payments: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied to your total balance. Updated ticket order and final payment are due 30 days prior to visit date. Full payment is due at time of booking if reservation is made within 30 days of visit date. We do not accept purchase orders or payments on the day-of visit and no changes can be made within 72 business hours of arrival. Reservations are subject to cancellation without advance payment. Georgia Aquarium will not issue any refunds for any portion of your reservation after full payment has been made. If you need an invoice prior to making payment, please choose the ‘Invoice Me First’ payment option.

Booking Confirmation: A confirmation/invoice will be emailed to you from tickets@georgiaaquarium.org with order details once processed. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive this email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing.
