OUR MAIN PURPOSE IN 3 POINTS > TO POSITIVELY TURN AROUND THE LIVES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF HOME-EDUCATED CHILDREN, THEIR PARENTS/ FOSTER CARERS, OUR WORKSHOP LEADS AND THE COMMUNITY.
1. As a business, our primary focus is to provide home-schooled/ home-educated children ages 7 to 12 with a safe, affordable, inspirational learning environment where they can look forward with excitement to interacting 3-days a week with other home-ed children meanwhile respectfully listening to and learning from our dedicated team of vetted - qualified, talented, positive role model African, Caribbean and Mixed-race workshop leads.
2. This initiative presents the opportunity for parents of HS/HE children who specifically want a structured small group, school-like classroom setting with time-tabled core-topics tuition mixed with breaks, inspirational, moral, creative, interaction, play, funky fitness sessions, a kool-uniform and tasty Jamaican lunch to enjoy within our cheerful workshop HQ building, and out and about.
3. We aim to offer 50% of these spaces free of charge to those HS/HE children of low-income families, subsidise, and charge the competitively priced full-price for the rest. All awarded funding for the business and profits achieved from these HS/HE tuition workshop classes, evening tuition classes, our merchandise range, and fundraising will be - reinvested, enabling us to deliver a quality service. The evening tuition classes serve children wanting to get their grades up and enjoy the delights of being taught by our inspirational teachers, visiting mentors and authors.
